Knowledge Verification

A simple way to ensure that our students have learned what we taught them.

This is not to be discouraging as it's truly not a hard exam, however it's not a guaranteed pass either. Merely a way to measure and record performance and accountability.

Practical Evaluation

As much of our training requires hands-on riding or operating of equipment we have added an Instructor Evaluation report to every one of our courses for our students and companies to retain for record keeping as well as future continued education.

Quizzes

Each of our courses will now have a final quiz or exam that each student will take, not to worry it's not timed or strenuous.

This will be in the student hand book along with the Instructor Evaluations for the student and/or company to file with other training records.

After countless training programs both taken by us as a student and taught by us as an instructor one thing we noticed is the lack of recorded accountability.

The addition of Knowledge Verification program is not to deter our students, however it's intended use is as a tool for compliance recording as well as an asset in continued education. Many companies put an expiry date on training and a follow up between training courses for specific subjects.

We have since had multiple requests for some sort of quantification and we are happy to be the first and only power sports training office in Canada doing this.

This will be done on the range in a group environment, it is NOT an open book exam, however we expect a ZERO unsuccessful rate. Those with barriers when taking tests can be assure this is not a challenge and can be modified in many ways to remove challenges.
